Supply Receiving - Contract (D301496)

Purpose of the Position:
To provide support in the business processes implementation of the global Supply Chain IT solution and act as the interface to the local IT project team to ensure all required processes are in line with local supply chain requirements. These goals are accomplished by:
Establishing and maintaining effective on-going communication within the supply chain and IT organizations.
Analyzing and improving the business processes
Developing system requirements documents
Managing requests for new system processes
Providing system testing support

Qualifications: Education, Experience and Necessary Skills all must be met in order to qualify for position.

Education: Four-year college diploma or university degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Business Management or related area, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience: A minimum 2 years' experience in the functional area. One of the two years should contain experience supporting business processes in the functional area either within the business or information technology functions.
Necessary Skills, Certifications, etc.:
o Strong computer systems skills;
o Well-developed analytical skills and sound business judgment;
o Ability to think strategically and establish direction;
o Team player with ability to resolve issues both business and technical.
o Strong negotiation and interpersonal communication skills;
o Ability to adapt and adjust to changing schedules to meet project requirements and milestones.
o Technically competent with various software programs, such as MS Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
o Solid working knowledge of SAP ERP systems and Receiving experience in:
- Inbound Supply Chain concepts
- Intra logistics concepts
- Two Step goods receiving processes
- Supply to line concepts
- JIT/JIS processesEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
