Essential Functions:
As part of the BR167 project and a variety of "Factory projects" at MBUSI, the goal is to achieve a very short ramp-up with the best possible quality.
The task is to provide support for the planning team in various topics
Preparation and support for the creation of documents within the framework of project coordination
Detailing of planning scopes
Creation of decision-papers, scheduling, etc. for project meetings and steering committees
Preparation of weekly & monthly reports for management summaries
Creation of presentations for Body Shop top management level
Organization and preparation of different meetings and workshops
Recording / tracking of important project dates/milestones, project course and project status
Planning, coordination and communication of weekend activities
Preparation of system acceptance, creation and tracking of specific deficiencies
Execution of meetings and creation of meeting minutes
Education:
Student in:
Mechanical Engineering
Industrial Engineering
Necessary Skills, Certifications, etc.:
Fluent in English (oral/written)
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
Preferred Skills:
Intercultural interested
Team-oriented
Distinctive interpersonal skills
Good verbal communication and organizational skills
Structured and self-reliant
Preferred Start Date
September 2018
Requirements
Currently enrolled in University or in a gap year between Bachelor's and Master's degree
Studies outside of the U.S.A.
A minimum of 3 semesters of studies in relevant field of study
Available for a minimum of 6 months
Fluent in English (oral/written)
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
