Purpose of the Position:
Under general supervision this position develops, implements, and monitors programs and activities that promote diversity and inclusion at MBUSI and also supports other training and development processes/activities.

Essential Functions:? (List all basic responsibilities related to the purpose of the position)
?
Play an integral role in executing Mercedes-Benz U.S. International?s (MBUSI) Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) strategy, as well as various other aspects of promoting our D&I culture
?
Drive processes with MBUSI D&I committee(s) to create and implement diversity and inclusion plans that will drive culture change and create a more inclusive work environment, in alignment with HR Management and the D&I Champion
?
Serve as the D & I subject matter expert and the lead of diversity and inclusion at MBUSI
?
Support tracking and reporting of D & I metrics, initiatives and training
?
Encourage collaboration and serve as a liaison/interface with other Daimler groups on topics of responsibility
?
Develop training material and conduct training for the organization based on subject matter expertise
?
In alignment with MBUSI?s Management Team, develop/prepare agenda and content for OD hosted management workshops
?
Support OD SME with the Corporate Performance Management process for exempt Administration TMs and Management at MBUSI, which may include Performance Evaluations and Individual Development Plans
?
Support other OD and training & development related activities as required
?

QUALIFICATIONS: Education, Experience and Necessary Skills all must be met in order to qualify for position.
?
Education: ?Bachelor?s degree in Organizational Development, Training & Development, Human Resources, Communications, Education, Psychology, Business or other related fields or the equivalent of education and experience?
?
Experience: A minimum of 3 years of related diversity & inclusion experience
?
Necessary Skills, Certifications, etc.:??
Diversity & Inclusion expertise (work experience & training) in the areas of cultural competency, multicultural awareness, diverse communication styles, inclusion strategies and practices
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills
Strong project management skills
Strong conceptual thinking, analytical and problem solving skills; understanding need for details and big picture
High accuracy and attention to detail is critical
Highly motivated self-initiator
Ability to focus on customer needs and achieve results effectively in a team environment
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and apply time management to meet deadlines
Confidentiality and reliability ? ability to handle sensitive and confidential documents and information
Computer skills including application of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Preferred Skills:?
At least two (2) years of Training and Development experience
Expertise in organizing and managing all aspects of management workshops

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
