Essential Functions:
Support Action Management by tracking daily progress.
Increase vehicle output by interacting with other departments and facilitating solutions.
Support daily rework activities by aligning vehicle and part available.
Track action progress by using MS Office tools: Create and maintain the "big picture" overview.
Optional for Software Engineer: Support the team by developing MS Office solutions. In need of several complex, VBS script based tools for daily activities.
Student in:
Mechanical Engineering
Electrical Engineering
Industrial Engineering
Business Administration
Supply Chain Management
IT/Software Engineering
Necessary Skills, Certifications, etc.:
Fluent in English (oral/written)
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
Experience in timeline tracking and creation
Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Proven time management and project management skills.
Working knowledge of MS Office applications (high importance).
Ability to work in a team environment.
Ability to work autonomously and interact with a number of different departments independently.
Optional: Programming skills.
Preferred Start Date
January 2019
Currently enrolled in University or in a gap year between Bachelor's and Master's degree.
A minimum of 3 semesters of studies in relevant field of study.
Available for a minimum of 6 months.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
